Fire Finder Model 955The Fire Finder® Model 955® is a hand held, self contained infrared sensor that emits an audible alarm when pointed at a heat source. The hotter the source, the higher the pitch of the alarm. Conversely, the Fire Finder Model 955 can be used to measure the rate or effectiveness at which the fire is being extinguished. The response time is essentially instantaneous and no eye attention to read meters or interpret lights is required.

Features

  • Fire Finder Model 955 with caseOperation – The Fire Finder requires no calibration, no stabilization time and operates in smoke or full sunlight. The Fire Finder is a fully “chopped” filtered pre-calibrated radiometer that requires no adjustment for ambient heat.
